  • 8) Mix bottled gourd juice with an equal amount of sesame oil. Massage this mixture into your scalp each night before bedtime.
  • 9) A mixture of milk that is sweetened with honey can help you fall asleep. This remedy's effectiveness can probably be attributed to the calcium content of the milk. Calcium is a natural sedative.
