"I've got MS. And been seeking relief from it for 15 years. I know home remedies..."

Home Remedies Can Be Viable Alternatives To Prescription Meds

Kearney AdamsFirst, my name is Kearney Adams and I have Multiple Sclerosis. I've looked for home remedies on the Internet for years that might help me conquer this devastating disease.

In fact, I often knew more than my own doctors about other treatments that could improve my condition. With MS, your run of the mill remedies are often of little help.

I definitely empathize with any health problems you may have, as I may share some of those very problems myself.

Furthermore, MS is a very serious illness, for which there are few medical treatments. This means I have to dig deeper to find answers for the many health problems I might have.

Sometimes there are natural solutions that work better than prescription medications.

Can you see why I am motivated to find this medical information? This motivation translates to greater insights that I can pass on to you for whatever may ail you.

This may sound corny, but when I was in my mid-30s, I decided I wanted to become a medical professional, and, finally, do something to help others.

What's This Site Can Give You

As I am a former medical professional, Home Remedies Digest can provide information that is written in a style that anyone can understand, not some kind of medspeak, that causes your eyes to glaze over.

And, if you don't see a natural home remedy for your particular circumstances that's important to you, just tell me about it. Press the 'Contact Me' button on the navigation bar on the left and tell me what you're looking for.

If I can find remedies for your particular condition, I'll give you credit for the idea on the page I write. "Everybody is famous for 15 minutes," right, so why not you?

So welcome to Home Remedies Digest. We hope to become your primary repository of useful information on remedies that actually work!

UPDATE: I haven't updated this site in a while and here's why:

As my MS continues to progress, it continues to slowly work its way through my body. The next bodily system beginning to lose functionality is my respiratory system. So much so that it is becoming more difficult to speak.

I find that I am unable to speak entire sentences at one time. Subsequently, I run out of breath and must speak in shorter 3 to 4 word phrases at a time. As I use speech recognition technology to write my articles, it has been impacted as well.

I have seen a decline in the accuracy of the results I get with it, as I am not able to articulate as well as I could previously.

Last year I had three bouts with pneumonia, and after the last one I began to notice a decline in respiratory function. At this time, I concluded that I would have to terminate all work on my website for this reason.

However, I have become motivated to resume working on my website as my readership is continuing to grow. Even though I have not added a page since last year, the number of visitors I have each month is continuing to increase.

I realized that I could not write pages at the same level that I did last year, but would be able to contribute to the site at a slower rate. Instead of adding 2 to 3 pages a week, I would have to be content with adding one.

My goal is to have 100,000 readers a month to Home Remedies Digest, which I will slowly reach in the coming years. I thank all of my readers and hope to slowly start adding additional pages in the week to come.
