Here's how you might use it:

Let's say that you're feeling a little stressed from work and you're wondering what herbs might help.

You just fire up your database and click on the find button at the top, select nervine from the list of herbal actions and press return. Instantly you're given a list of herbs that can help relieve your stress.

Next, you review these herbs until you find one that looks the best for you. Now you look at the recommended dosage for this herb. Carrying on, you review any side effects and contraindications to make sure that the herb is safe to take.

In case you don't see one that best suits your needs, you can press on the Google search tab and perform a Google search, looking for information on other herbs you might use that are not currently in your database, all without leaving Filemaker Pro.

Then you just press the new record button to create a new record, and add in the information you want for each record.
