Blood Pressure Remedies, Made At Home, Provide That Extra Protection You Need

Here are some blood pressure remedies from around the ‘net that may help lower your high blood pressure.
  • 1) Grapefruit has been found to tone the arteries and lower blood pressure
  • 2) Add ground olive leaves to a cup of tea and drink to relieve high blood pressure.
  • 3) Eat one papaya each day for one month on an empty stomach. Do not eat anything for the next two hours.
  • 4) Mixing two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water is reported to reduce blood pressure.
  • 5) For the next remedy, prepare a mixture that is half onion juice and half honey. Each day, take two tablespoons.
  • 6) Blanch a couple of Ruta leaves into one cup of boiling water. Wait ten minutes and then drink. Repeat this three times each day.
  • 7) Mix nutmeg or saraswat powder in warm milk for blood pressure relief.
  • 8) Mix one a teaspoon of dried goldenseal leaves to a cup of boiling water. Drink this tea two times a day.
  • 9) Take one teaspoonful of fenugreek seeds each morning and evening on an empty stomach with water. Do this for two weeks.
  • 10) For our next-to-last remedy, blanch two grams of passion fruit into one-quarter cup of water and drink.
  • 11) Add a pinch of cayenne pepper to a glass of lemonade and drink to help control blood pressure.
